Custom Data Sheets generated on-the-fly and powered by e-Pim
Having worked closely with Olympic Fixings on their Product Data as an e-Pim customer, it was only natural to progress onto creating Dynamic Data Sheets and start utilising the power of their newly enriched product data. Product Data Sheets are an essential marketing tool because they help to inform customers, supply chains, and internal teams about the latest information on a product or component.
NG15 worked with Olympic Fixings to help streamline the way they create their Product Data Sheets. A ‘preferred templated style’ mock up was supplied to the design team at NG15, and we produced a template that met their requirements. Their Data Sheets are now fully branded and a great marketing asset in their own right. Olympic Fixings were able to pick and choose what product data, assets and information they wanted to display from their enriched product data which is now in e-Pim. As a result of this they can quickly and efficiently produce their own bespoke, branded, on-the-fly Product Data Sheets using e-Pim and distribute them to their customers, both online and offline.
An example of how the product data and information looks in e-Pim is demonstrated above, along side the dynamically generated data sheet that was produced at the click of a button. The required information is directly drawn down from e-Pim using channels, ensuring the data sheets display consistently up-to-date data using their branded template design. Their customers can now make better informed purchasing decisions, based on quality product data and information, leading to an improved customer experience.
